These Terms and Conditions shall apply to the sale of goods or stock by St Petrocks Models UK to the ‘Customer’ and shall comprise the only Terms and Conditions of contract between the Company and the Customer to the exclusion of all others. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and those passing between parties, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. No variation of the Terms and Conditions shall be allowed unless expressly accepted in writing.

1. All orders accepted by St Petrocks Models UK are subject to these Terms and Conditions

2. St Petrocks Models UK reserves the right to alter prices without prior notice.  Prices charged are those current at the time of despatch of order.

3. Orders are accepted by St Petrocks Models UK subject to availability of stock. Acceptance of an order and therefore the existence of a contract of sale will only come into effect at the time when the St Petrocks Models UK dispatches the order to the Customer.

4. Orders may be dispatched in more than one parcel, and may not be all together.

5. St Petrocks Models UK reserves the right to cancel all or part of an order without notice.

6. No order will be dispatched until funds have cleared.

7. St Petrocks Models accepts no responsibility for late or non-delivery of an order. Delivery times are approximate and are dependant on the courier.

8. Any item that arrives with visible damage on the packaging should be signed for as ‘damaged’ with St Petrocks Models UK being contacted immediately.

9. St Petrocks Models UK will accept returns in compliance with Distance Selling Legislation subject to our Returns Policy [below].

10. The Company’s Privacy Policy sets out what information we hold about Customers, how Personal Data is used and our Marketing Policy.

 
11. A standard post and packing charge of £4 [with a £2 rebate for 'large letter' packages] will be applied to orders requiring postage. . The only exceptions are where delivery would be impractical or not cost effective.

12. Customers may be asked to pay a supplementary charge if there is an extra carriage surcharge for areas such as Northern Ireland, the Highlands and islands etc.

13. Damaged or faulty goods may only be returned by the Customer with our prior consent [see Returns Policy [below]. Goods must be properly packed upon return.

14.  If any of these conditions is, or at any stage in the future becomes invalid, illegal or cannot be enforced by law, it will not affect the other terms that will stay in force.

15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed exclusively under the laws of England in the Courts of England.

Returns Policy

  1. Except for special orders, goods purchased from us via this site may be returned within fourteen days of receipt for a refund, providing you have notified us by e-mail of your intention to return items by post, within these fourteen days.
  2. The goods must be returned to the business address [with a completed returns form]  and the cost of packing and returning any goods will be at the customer’s expense. The postage receipt along with tracking number must be emailed to us on posting
  3. Please use a suitable service when returning goods, as we cannot be held responsible for any returned goods lost or damaged in transit [see 2 above].
  4. We must receive goods within 14 days of receipt, and any goods returned must be received by us in the condition they were received by the customer, this includes the packaging.
  5. Sealed boxes and packages such as plastic or metal kits must be unopened, clear bags with header cards must be intact, goods will only be refunded if they are in the condition in which they were received, ie new goods must be unused and still in their sealed packages.
  6. A  refund will be made within 28 days of the goods being received back by us.
  7. If you are returning a product because it is faulty please be aware that a refund will only be given if the fault is due to a manufacturing defect. This will mean allowing our staff  suitable time for investigation purposes.
  8. This condition does not affect your rights on the return of faulty goods.
